Thanks to everyone who has been so kind and caring about my health. . .I've decided that this may have to be one of those one foot  in front of the other weeks.  I'm not back up to my usual level of energy (never high to begin with) and the flu just seems to linger.  For the time being, I've decided that paying work has to come first this week - house and other things will need to wait.  But the dishes are done and things picked up around here, so I'm far from where I would have been a couple of years ago.
