I get daily reminders from Flylady - she's a hoot. Right out there and bossy as all get out, but as she or one of her assistants put it - 'it's like having a mom or an big sister telling you to straighten up and (ahem) fly right'. In an odd way - because I let them - the reminders help keep me on track. When I log on first thing in the am, and flylady asks 'are you dressed?' it's just like having mom on the screen.
