Sorry to hear that your ds is having problems. I hope they made an adjustment 
in his medication when you took him in. 

I don't think going out and walking around is the worst response to problems 
either - I used to do it myself as a teenager. Unfortunately it is against 
the law now. It is a shame that is necessary, but on the other hand, I 
appreciate being protected from those kids who are out looking for trouble. 
The same thing would happen in my neighborhood - the police patrol here 
regularly.

Regarding your comment about taking the car at night, I hate to say this, but 
don't disregard that possibility. You should have your keys secured when you 
go to bed. That actually happened last summer to a friend of mine whose son 
is 16. He left the house with his brother's jeep after midnight, and caused a 
world of problems. Better to take precautions and be safe. 

I hope things improve with Kyle. I'll keep him in my prayers.
