I sorry to hear of your accident and will be praying for you, Donna, and BJ.
I myself have been in an accident where my car was totaled, and I thank God everyday that I had no significant injuries.  I know the Ford Explorer must have been speeding to have totaled your car from behind.

For now you need to rest your back and allow your body to get over the shock.  I promise you that the house (and any clutter) will be there when you recover! LOL!
