Would you believe with all this talk of teeth that yesterday my son lost one of his and the tooth fairy FORGOT to come? I'll probably give him $2 tonight instead of the usual $1 to assuage my guilty conscience.

PS - Forgot to say that I've forgotten the tooth fairy more than once (baad mom...). Finally I had to tell my son to leave a note on his door for the tooth fairy because she has so many teeth to pick up that she misses one sometimes. He's 10 now and doesn't really believe anymore, but we go through the ritual anyway, just for fun.
