Unfortunately there is no way to go 'no
mail'.
Just unsub and re sub when you need to :O)
Here's
how:

To subscribe to the mailing list,
simply send a message with the word
'subscribe' in the Subject: field to

subscribe
To subscribe to the digest, simply send a message with the

need to go no mail for a few days and I've lost the instructions

setting preferences for the group. Can I set to no mail or do I have

unsubscrbe then re-subscribe again? Have a child free few days and
