Sherry,

I'm sorry to hear that your neck and back are not improving. I will keep you in my prayers. Try not to get too discouraged, it may take some time. I'm pleased to hear that you've been resting as promised.

It's good that you've been able to get a few things done, without overdoing it. I know it's not easy for you to ignore things that need to be done, because I'm the same about that. The thing to remember is that we've come so far - just maintaining is okay for awhile.

There are lots of times that the best I can do is just maintain, due to my work & the kids school & soccer schedules. The good thing is that during those times I can see how much difference the decluttering has made in our lives. I can manage to keep the house afloat with minimum effort  if I stick to doing the basics. Thank God (and this group) for that! Then, when I get some time I start moving ahead again.

I've got a little extra time right now, due to spring break from school and soccer. I'm trying to make the most of it! Thursday after work I pressure washed the brick sidewalk and one brick side of my house. Still lots more to do, but boy is it tiring! I came in at dark and finished grooming the dog (which has been on my list for some time) before we watched ER.

I was off work today, so I got to sleep in, which I really needed. Its been awhile since I had that opportunity. Once we got started, Chase cut the front & back lawns, Andrew & I pulled a few garage sale items from the shed and we loaded them in the van. We pulled down a number of broken fence boards and cleared all the old wood and weeds from behind the shed.

After we dropped the garage sale items at my mom's, I took the boys for shrimp po-boys for lunch. We bought 20 fence boards and 4 railroad ties at Home Depot. Stopped to rent video games and came home to unload the van. Whew! I'm beat... I'm going to relax tonight and watch a little TV or read. I need to get some rest.

We might try to put the new boards up tomorrow, but I have to get out to do some Easter shopping. Otherwise the bunny won't be leaving much here...

The list really has been quiet - I've been wondering if I was missing emails too. I guess people are either out of town or preparing for Easter.

Take care Sherry, and let us know how you're doing.

Diane
