Hi Everyone! Can anybody help me today? Actually I have to wash (it's really filthy) ALL of the tile (kitchen, bathrooms, a LONG hallway and large utility room.) I already have the table moved and have vacuumed all the "droppings" up. I plan to do it in sections, but need to stay on it or I'll get distracted and never finish it. I'll check back in after I complete each section so I feel more accountable. I already have the first part of it vacuumed & washed and am ready to move the table back.
Still need to finish the taxes--my real estate corporate taxes for my LLC are going to take the most time (yuk), but I at least have a definite deadline now as we're going to meet with our accountant on Monday at 5:30. I want to be done by Friday or Saturday with the bulk of everything so that I don't have to panic at the last minute (something I'm known for doing!) I worked for 4 hours Saturday at a Baby Fair here in Mesa, AZ in my Discovery Toys booth trying to generate some leads from people who might want to have a home party. I left with about 40 cards with names that I now have to follow up on. It was a good turnout, even though we hauled in over $900 worth of inventory and only sold about $90 worth! We weren't allowed to drive right up to the building with our vehicles, so had to park and haul everything in from a distance of what would equal a city block. It was held at one of our area community colleges and you know how big college campuses are and how far the parking lots always seem to be from your destination! I really enjoy doing the toy business though. It's so less stressful than my real estate job is. SHERRY: I feel so bad for you. I've been in 3 accidents over the past 15 years and know firsthand what you are going through. Have you been seeing a chiropractor on a regular basis or just an M.D.? I found the chiropractor to be the best route to take, although it will most likely take several months to get back to what you were before the accident, especially since you were so squished upon impact. I'm not into frivolous lawsuits and have never and will never sue anyone, but you should really consult an attorney if you haven't already because the insurance of the lady who hit you should be paying for all your stuff, including your vehicle AND pain and suffering. I'm not saying to make something up that's not true, but obviously, the quality of your life has definitely changed (at least for the time being) and the insurance is in place to make compensation for that. It must be terribly hard to not do the things you'd normally do, but right now it's critical for you to be a good patient! I'll be praying for that for you. Is there anyway you could hire someone on a short term basis just to come in and do the heavy stuff for you? Where do you live, maybe some of us could drop in with our vacuums and dust cloths!!! :-} JULIE: How wonderful to have a baby who chooses to sleep most of the night! I remember so well the terrible exhaustion I felt while waiting for the night that would finally happen with each of my five daughters. Just take it one day at a time and allow yourself a chance to heal and your insides to get back to normal. My oldest daughter's name is Mary, too! Of course she's almost 28 now, but way back then she was a great big sister to her younger siblings. About your DH....just keep loving him and perhaps he'll come around soon. I've always found that if my attitude is right, it can really have a positive effect on those around me. So stay positive and take these days one hour at a time. Congratulations on your little boy! Well...better get back to the kitchen...I can hear the mop calling out to me!! ~Linda from Mesa *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Journey from clutter List Website http://journeyfromclutter.com Members Only Page http://journeyfromclutter.com/MembersOnly/MembersArea.htm Unsubscribe: email [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word 'unsubscribe' in the 'Subject:' field to be removed from the main list.
