And about ironing... I usually don't iron anything. I just take dress clothes out of the dryer slightly damp, give them a shake, and hang to dry on the shower rod. They are usually dry within an hour.
About ironing tea towels...If you enjoy the crisp appearance of ironed tea towels enough to iron them, keep doing it. Evidently this practice is something that reminds you of your mother, and has become a tradition of sorts. I personally fold my bath towels exactly the way my mother does because it makes me happy. It reminds me of her, and of growing up in her home, and it makes me happy.
I guess it doesn't take much to make me happy, does it?
