Hello Littermates,

Sorry to hear about Nancy Lee.  Tuesday was a bad day for me.  But the news of her stroke made my bad day seem like a walk in the park.  Mary was grouchy and got Preston all worked up.  She must have whined and cried for about 4 hours, he did about 2.  I did manage to get the living room presentable. :)  I even dusted (Sherry  LOL).  Yesterday I got the dining room table cleared off.  I had a reason.  I got a new table cloth.  Then the kids and I went to my mom's.  It was too pretty to stay inside and clean and there are way too many wasp nests outside our house (and the lack of yard).  Mary decided that she needed to stay at mom's.  Good thing we took her overnight bag, huh?  She will be home tomorrow. :)  I get to watch my Thursday programs without a toddler!!!!!  What joy!

I managed to change the beds today.  Preston had a bath after I had my shower.  He smiled the whole time.  What a cool, laid back, quiet kid he is.  The exact opposite of his sister.  He he.  How he sleeps through the thunderous stampeede  that is Mary, I will never know.   I think I will do some laundry (sheets) in a bit.  I am holding off on dark stuff because Chad has a basket on his side of the bed (laundry sized) that he puts his "still wearable" clothing in.  Well, it is full.  I know some of the stuff in there could use a washing.  He will have to go through it.  I am refusing to wash stuff that is not in the laundry basket.  If it is on the floor, I might pick it up, or Mary will.  She usually says "Poor daddy, he can't find the laundry basket.  I will help him."  Is she cool or what?

Anyway, I will be working with whoever is working.  Make sense?

Julie
