Hi,  I live in NY and my daughter is 13 also and babysits for our neighbors.  Here's what it is here - for kids 2 and up 2.50 an hour per kid.  4 or more kids in this age group is an extra 1.00 an hour per kid.  Kids under 2 are 4.00 per hour.  When my daughter took the American Red Cross Babysitting Course-this is what she was told!  Good Luck!
