I will work with you for a while this afternoon.  I need to finish laundry and get the house squared away for the weekend (I'll be gone for most of it)  Also, I started on this extreme elimination diet, which I had promised to begin after we came back from our travels as part of treatment for allergies and environmental toxins which have been making me so ill.  The cure may be worse than the disease. . .I never expected to feel so sick.  Any advice here?
