Hi, I get headaches, too, when my sugar goes low and then goes high. It's likened to a hangover, because that's what a hangover does-it messes up your levels. I know that medications such as the ones that you're on (steriods) and also some over the counter sinus medications can raise it also. It's very hard to have more than one thing to regulate, but then again-who doesn't have more than one thing???? I just want to wish you the best and tell you to listen to your body and don't push yourself! (I should practice what I preach.) Today is my only day off and I wanted to get SO much done, but like usual, the to do list isn't anywhere near done and it's already 3:30 pm. I hope to accomplish at least clearing off my kitchen counter (all those little papers!) before I have to take my sheltie for a shampoo and cut. He"s beginning to look homeless!!! Fell better!
