Hello Nellie,   Amy is a very sweet woman who hasn't posted in awhile.     I think it is caused by both your business card (attachment) and the ICQ signature (embedded images). So if you no longer use them those messages will stop coming. Since I don't always have attachments or embedded images, I have changed my mail filter so those mail delivery system returns are automatically deleted. I understand why she chooses not to receive these types of emails, but I find the messages annoying, so I never even see them anymore.
