I have added a reminder to my task list for bills.I set it for the last Thursday of every month. (Usually both DH &DS are out on Thursday.) Then they are already to be mailed on the first. Until I pay them, I have a daily reminder every time I open my email program. (I use Outlook.) There are calendar services on that will send you reminders as well.
