I think it may be a little extreme to only have 2 of everything too. I guess that is why I have only entertained the idea and not actually followed through with it. Thanks for the suggestion to keep seldom used items stored elsewhere. I have a lot of cabinets and could organize them differently. That will be something for me to think about.
