Pardon me, but I really must stick my nose in.  A message from 'inet' appeared in my inbox this morning from this list with an attachment.  My virus protection caught it and told me it contained a virus, and that the virus was the worm_klez.h

I am a network technician and spent much of my day yesterday cleaning this virus from an infected network, and then undoing all the damage it did.  For more information on the virus that came through the discussion group this morning, please go to http:[EMAIL PROTECTED]  By the way, there is a free removal tool there for the virus.

If anyone wants, there is an online virus scan at http://housecall.antivirus.com that you can use for free.  If you have a virus, it is critical that you do something to update your virus protection.

I'm sorry for not keeping in line with the clutter topic, but I feel it is irresponsible to just sweep this under the rug.  The virus causes damage and this issue needs to be taken care of.

Just my humble opinion.

I hope I'm going to like it here!!!  It's my first day and I hope I am not making waves!!!

Jodie

Good morning Leslie,

All the emails sent through the list have the same header information as the "virus message". Louise is on vacation, so she is not the original source of these messages. Let's all practice safe email and lets bring this discussion to a close.

Thanks and Kindest regards,
Vanetta

Virus warning:

I have noticed that the mail Louise sends has either a picture or attachment.  It has never bothered my mail, but I wonder if it that set off something?
