when you choose the option to bounce that mail, you don't get it in your mailbox, and if things are alright the sender does get notification that the mail couldn't be delivered because the address doesn't exist, that's the smart thing of this program, I do get those pornmails too, so now I have a sort of preview on the server and than can bounce them!
