Yirol West County delegation boycotts peace talks in W Equatoria Tuesday, 19 April 2011 19:32 Sudan >>> The Mundiri Relief and Development Association (MRDA) said that the Yirol West County delegation boycotted the peace conference between residents of Yirol West and Mvolo County which aimed at finding a peaceful solution to recent clashes between the two communities.
Speaking to Radio Miraya, the Director of the Association, Light Wilson Aganwa, said that the delegation from Lakes State boycotted the peace talks in fear of retaliation attacks on their way to the meeting. Wilson said that the peace conference cannot continue without both parties at the table.
