South Sudanese voted overwhelmingly for indepedence in January plebscite. However, the region has been rocked in both tribal fightings and rebellions. Most of the rebels accuse the government in Juba of incompetence and discriminatory acts and pledge to overthrow the government and institute a fair one. This has caused a lot of deaths both of civilians and military. The menacing rebellions have become an issue of great concern for the would-be independent nation, come July.
