The Minister was speaking at Home and Away Business Center on Wednesday, he said that the judges were supposed to complete their work a week ago. “They (Judges) were suppose to present their work last week (to the Cabinet) but the submissions were of low quality. They will be joined with artists to short list the proposed court of arms for presentations to the Council of Ministers on Friday,” Changson said. Changson added that, “This work is holding other works like the production of national passports and relevant documents because the Court of Arms is to be printed on them. There is need to do it as soon as possible.” Changson expects the team to complete its work early before 9th July since the artwork is paramount for purposes of identity and heritage as South Sudan ushers in the new nation. “I hope the artists will produce quality work so that when it’s presented to the cabinet on Friday it will adopt the work at once,” he said.
