Tough luck for South Sudanâ–ş In the latest deteriorating relationship between the jellaba North and the South, President Beshir issued the following tough three conditions: 1- continue with the 50-50 share of oil revenues, or 2- pay for every barrel of oil exported; or else, 3- he shuts off the pipeline if there's no deal!
