I miss this way: try to compile the net-snmp agent from sourceforge under cygwin 
(experimental).

Hi Javier, 

The NT4 SNMP agent does not support the MIB II Host MIB. The only way to gather data 
from it, is to install the manufacturer SNMP agent (HP one works, don't know for 
others) or to install the external snmp4nt agent. Unfortunately, JFFNMS doesn't 
support the snmp4nt mib (private tree). If someone want to code it ... ;).

I'm not sure if we can get CPU usage from a NT host.

To be sure I'll need a snmpwalk of the "host" tree, but that will be hard on a 
windows system, from unix is easier.
