Darren,
Everything seems to be good, so..
Enable Debugging/Logging in the setup.php page, and run rrd_analizer manually when an event will be created (or wait).
Then go read the triggers.log file all trigger processing will be logged there. And we'll see whats happenning.
Do you have the Trigger assigned to a User in the 'Triggers Users' screen? Does the User Profile has an eMail address specified.

sigh.
Well, I'm definitely getting the event coming out of the SLA breech now - but still no email from the trigger.
I've gotta be missing something.
Listed below are the configurations of the SLA conditions, and the trigger.
I'd be happy if someone could point to it and say "Here, this is where you're being stupid!"

These seem to work, BTW.

Similarly, this seems to work - the rrd_analizer script gives this output
=== I36 : ============================================================================ ============== I36 : Start: 2004-06-25 12:15:00 Stop: 2004-06-25 12:45:00 Measures: 6 I36 : input(517) output(1062) inputerrors(0) outputerrors(0) rtt(0) packetloss(0) inpackets(1) I36 : ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------- I36 : sla : Cond0: (8496 > ((512000*10)/100)) = 0 -FALSE- MEL OUT > 10%: 8.5 kbps I36 : sla : Cond1: (4136 > ((512000*10)/100)) = 0 -FALSE- MEL IN > 10%: 4.14 kbps I36 : sla : Cond0= Eval 1 vs 0: 0 OR 0 = 0 I36 : sla : Final Eval: False. ===
Which says to me it's successfully evaluating the condition, and deciding it's false - which it is at the moment (By the way, I have caught it when the link is being used and run this manually, and it has come back with a final Eval: value of True).
Now the trigger configuration.
===

{Sorry - those don't cut and paste very well}.
Can anyone see where I might be going wrong here? I don't think it's the SLA configuration which is a problem - I think it's something I'm doing wrong in the trigger, but I can't see what.
Thanks.
