I am {unfortunately} running IE 6 on XP with the following details
Version: 6.0.2800.1106 xpsp2.030422-1633
Cipher strength: 128 bit
Update Versions: SP1; Q822925; Q828750; Q824145; Q823894; Q831167
It's got me beat, because it doesn;t seem to actually affect anything.

What browser are you using?
I tested with IE6 and a lot of version of Mozilla (firefox).
And I've never seen that error in a dialog box.
