Javier. OK, this is triggered by an SLA - so if I go modify the duration to a lower timeframe in the Event Types screen, the duration will drop, but also it will re-occur with greater frequency if the condition continues to exist, right?
If this is the case, that's what I'll do - in most cases, this event only lasts 10-15 minutes, so if it clears in 15 and re-occurs, I want to know about it again. Hi Darren, This all depends on what put the interface into its current state. If you have a SLA made to send you emails when some threshold is reached, then the SLA will last 30 minutes, every time. This is configured from the Event Types screen. If you have a Special Poller with a Backend and a Special Event Type and everything, then you can make it go Yellow->Green whenever you want.
