OK - I got the first part {rrd_analizer is already set to run every 15
minutes}, just have to edit the event type to a lower valid, and I'm
away.

No, SLA's are only evaluated every 30 minutes (from the rrd_analizer in 
cron).

To get this, modify the Event Type, and change the crontab to execute 
rrd_analizer every 15 minutes.
