Hi Jason,

Check the peer IP address on that BVI interfaces.
RTT and PL are only related to the peer IP address, nothing else.

The numbers of pings is defined in the interface configuration, and the packet size is 64 bytes. Timeout is the cisco default, so 2 seconds.
