Hi,
That means that you can't access the snmp information.
Are you sure your PHP has SNMP support? Are you sure you configured the routers and workstations with SNMP? And that the SNMP community is correctly set in JFFNMS?
You can also try a snmpwalk from the unix shell to be sure you can get to the devices via snmp.
