Hello,
  We've got some interfaces that were created a few versions ago.
For some reason when we try to set the peer IP address we get
an error, duplicate key 123-22.  The 123 is the interface ID and 22
means a peer IP address.

If I go into SQL and type
update interfaces_values set value='d' where interface=123 and field=22;

I can go into the interface config and change the d to some IP address,
so it looks like some historical reason for the problem.
