Jason.

I just modify the interface name to be GE 3/0, or FE 3/0, or some short form
of the full name, and tell the customer what the short form means.

Works for me.

Subject: [jffnms-users] Customer login performance view size problem?

Hi
I was wondering if anyone had found a solution to the problem of the
complete interface name not being shown when a customer is logged in and
looking at the performance graphs....it seems to truncate the end of the
interface name and you cant tell interfaces apart if they are on the same
card, ie. GigabitEthernet3/ is all I can see...any ideas. Thanks
