Hi,

When you upgraded, did you upgrade first from 0.7.7 to 0.7.8 and then from 0.7.8 to 0.7.9 ?

There's no such thing as "Unknown System Info", that is Customer Unknown, and System Info is the description on the Interface.

Can you run a Manual Discovery and tell us if you see a 'Cisco System Information' Interface Type ?

Also, if you can see graphs for this interface, can you send them? is it empty? does it show NaN? or 0 ?

Hello,

I have just installed JFFNMS version 0.79 and though everything else
looks good, I can't get cpu utilization information for our Cisco
routers. Stats for all other systems appear fine.

The routers are "Cisco 7206 VXR" and "Cisco 2620", IOS "12.2(15)T8"
and "12.2(8)T5" respectively. The graphs give an "Unknown system info"
message for both of these.

Previously, we were running JFFNMS version 0.77 and before that 0.75
on a Red Hat 9 system and this showed up correctly in both versions.

Just for reference, this new system is running Slackware 10 with
PHP 4.3.8, Apache 2.0.51, Postgresql 7.4.5 and Net-SNMP 5.0.9. Running
the following snmp query on the same system gives the correct results
so I doubt it is related to the system:

snmpget -v1 -c COM_STRING IPADDRESS 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0

Hope there is a simple solution to this.

Best regards,
