New to using MySQL / PHP. I've installed JFF NMS on Win2003 server using Apache 1.3.33, MySQL 4.1.7, PHP 4.3.9 and Jffnms 0.7.9 using the install doc from the Javier's site. I've configured everything correctly and when I pull up the /admin/setup.php page everything shows green and okay _except_ the database which shows not working.
If I try the jffnms main page, I get the admin login page but once I log in, the error is: DB(mysql): Could not connect to the Database. I've checked my config files multiple times and they look okay. The are no errors in any of the logs for Apache or MySQL. I can command line connect to the jffnms sql database without any problems and I tried all the mysqladmin checks for connectivity that MySQL.org suggests and they're fine. I checked the PHP config with the phpinfo() script and it looks okay. I'm sure this is something I've misconfigured but I can't seem to find it. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm scratching my head.
