Can you show us the contents of the triggers and triggers_rules tables?
Is this JFFNMS 0.7.9 ?
Is this a Match Events or Match Alarms trigger?

ID=6 Position=10 Field=IF Type Equal to Win Warning (47) Then Send Mail - From, to, subject filled in if Match=Stop this Trigger
Any ideas?
