Subject: How to define SNMP Trap Rules based on different variable binding?
To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Hi all,

As I know, JFF won't recognize SNMP traps automatically based on SNMP
MIB file, and we have to work on every interested OID. My question is
how can define defferent trap rules based on varibale bindings from
same OID?

For example:

OID: .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.2.0.4
   1: 1
   2: .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.6.3.24
   3: 192.168.131.95
   4: public
   5: .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.2

.1.3.6.1.2.1.33.2.0.4 is UPS Alarm trap, and "2:
.1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.6.3.24" means alarm type: upsAlarmTestInProgress,
others like: "2: .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.6.3.9" means: UpsAlarmOnBypass.

So how can I define different rules based on main OID "
.1.3.6.1.2.1.33.2.0.4 "?

thanks,

David
