What do you mean by log size? the jffnms /opt/jffnms/logs folder or the MySQL Database?

If the the log folder, you can delete the files and disable logging from setup, its not operationally needed.

If you are talking about the MySQL DB, then you have to tune your setting from setup, so the cleanup_raw_tables script will delete the old data more often.
