I still haven't figured out my problems I described in "(Re: )[jffnms-users] SLA
Storage Report, overlapping..." yet.
Perhaps I'm not clear enough, or you don't know the reason either, or you're
simply very busy. But if I don't get this working as I expect it to, then
JFFNMS isn't suitable for our needs.

At the moment I think that rrd_analyzer.php simply checks the RRD-data for a
period of half an hour. If in that period the value is not within the SLA
bounds once or more times, then the interface has failed the SLA for the
complete period. Though this does not explain the 'failing in the future'
alarm.

What I expect is that the RRD-data is analyzed and for every period the
interface is failing the SLA, that period is written as an alarm.

If I know what the intended behaviour is, then I could focus on changing that to
what I need. But now I simply think it is bugged.
