Hello,

I have been using the JFFNMS for a while, it is really cool.

Recently, I have installed the version 0.8.0-pre3, and I found that the “Real Memory” value for the Linux 3 AS did not report the correct size. We have 2 server with the same OS but different physical memory size, 1 with 2GB RAM and the other with 4GB RAM, however, the JFFNMS reported both machines are having 2GB RAM. Hence, I make use the snmpget and the results are as follow:

 [EMAIL PROTECTED] snmp]# snmpget -c sirdcmon -v1 sisgrdc30 .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4

.5.0

enterprises.ucdavis.memory.memTotalReal.0 = 2061516

[EMAIL PROTECTED] snmp]# snmpget -c sirdcmon -v1 sisgrdc51 (Oracle RAC 2) .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.

4.5.0

enterprises.ucdavis.memory.memTotalReal.0 = 3863200

Procars AU - sisgrdc30 Procars Real Memory RDC / u Micro, m Milli, k Kilo, M Mega, G Giga

Physical RAM is 2GB

Oracle RAC 2 UNK Real Memory RDC / u Micro, m Milli, k Kilo, M Mega, G Giga

Physical RAM should be 4GB

Are there any limitation that JFFNMS can recognize? Or is this a bug? Pls advice

Regards,

Teck Seng
