Maybe something that could be written and included in the crontab??  Was there 
a version of JFF that did not properly remove the RRD files?  Also, are there 
checks to ensure that the files are removed when the interfaces are removed?

That seems to be a remain from a bug we'd a long time ago,

Currently if you delete your interfaces the RRDs should be deleted too.

So, there's no way to do it automatically.

You could create a script to get the IDs from the DB and match them to the file
list and remove the non-matched items.
