Got it. 

Opened the Zones and deleted the reference to server.png. It works fine.

So you see no reason to upgrade the SQL or Apache versions?

Hi Chad,

It seems that you had a file called c:/jffnms/htdocs/images/servers.png in
your 
old install.

That file is referenced from the Zone Flag field probably, so you could just
put 
a file there or change the flag to usa.png
