The short simple answer is, yes you can.

The long answer is you need to create an interface type, a poller,
poller group and (possibly) an interface.

That OID is a counter, so the first thing is to work out what sort, is
it a gauge or a counter. A gauge is something like a level, system load
in percent, while a counter is counting something, like number of
packets sent out an interface.

Read the JFFNMS manual about creating new interfaces and pollers. If
there is something you don't understand email the mailling list and if
it looks like something that others could also get wrong I'll adjust the
documentation.
