The long answer is you need to create an interface type, a poller, poller group and (possibly) an interface. That OID is a counter, so the first thing is to work out what sort, is it a gauge or a counter. A gauge is something like a level, system load in percent, while a counter is counting something, like number of packets sent out an interface. Read the JFFNMS manual about creating new interfaces and pollers.
