I'm not sure what can be happening with the firs two issues but the last
one is something
I've ran into before:

intended. Check out
http://www.no-ip.org they allow you to have a free "Dynamic DNS service." It
may help with your ip
address changing and stuff.....

Your issue below seems to be due to permissions. Make sure the user that Apache
is running as has
write access to the <jffnms-install-path>/conf/ directory and files. The reason
why its not
updating is probably because it cant write a new file in the directory. If
that's not the case
then check your php.ini file to make sure all settings are turned on per the
INSTALL
instructions.
