This sounds great!

What is the feasibility of monitoring switches, like Dell's? Personnaly, I
would love to have an interface of sorts (like the attached pic) where I
could see all of my switches on one screen and their respective ports. As
well as track their performance metrics. If there is already something like
that then I hope someone would point it out but I just love JFFNMS process.

Thanks!

Buddy

Subject: Re: [jffnms-users] 0.8.3

Chris,

This is currently in my "083" folder.

- DNS monitoring using Pear/DNS by Thomas Mangin
- Mouse Over hosts timeout
- Ping and Traceroute Tools by Eugene Turovsky
- Revise option in the Manual discovery (to updates what has changes
manually)
- Support RRDtool 1.2.x completly
- CPU Monitoring for Cisco 7500 and 12000
- Check to see if we're in Solaris to use "ps -eo args" insteas of "ps axo"
- PostgreSQL fixes (Date and NAD)

I plan on 0.8.3 to include small stuff. Since I'll be very busy working I
don't know if I could support or code a big change at the moment.

But as a result of my job (where I'm using JFFNMS a lot) there will be some
enhancements and fixes (like the PostgreSQL stuff).

Javier
