[jffnms-users] Fedora 3 Problem

I finished installing jffnms 0.8.2 on fedora 3 every thing goes fine, when I pointed the browser for http://localhost it goes to the JFFNMS Setup page, all fields is ok and yes except SMSclient and NTPQ Error on both which is not problem, but when I save the changes it still give me the same page “JFFNMS Setup”, could any one help me on this. ( I had tried jffnms on windows and it is fine)
