Hello,

   This morning I had to reboot a router.
the average traffic on it is 1.3 Mbps, and after the reboot I think I whould have seen a gap in the traffic graph. Instead I see a peak of 60 Mbps of traffic on all the interfaces (on a 2 Mb link)

My guess is that the reboot cleared the counters and maybee the is a substraction like "old counter values" minus "current counter value", not detecting the reset of the counters.

Anyway it's not a problem for me as I use jffnms mostly for fault detection and warnings, just signaling it in case it can be usefull.
