Well, here's the update on my Broadcom problem:
It doesn't appear to be the card or the driver since I have several other Broadcom cards too. It does appear to be the hops. I have a mixed switch environment (100MB and 1000MB). I have restricted traffic like my gig traffic to one switch (only servers). My office is the only office that can see all of the switches. My JFFNMS system has a 100MB card so it is not directly connected to the switch this server's Broadcom is plug into. I am unable to plug the system into the switch since it is a gig switch only. I am surprised that hopping to it from another switch is not more reliable. If anyone has any ideas shoot them my way please! Thanks!
