We are getting the follwoing error after a fresh install on Suse 9.0
Enterrpise. We even gave the directories full access and still same
error.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /jffnms/admin/adm/test.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to
use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

All the docs point to change the ownership to /opt/jffnms to
apache.apache; however, there is no appache user or group on Suse 9.0.

 Can someone assist please?
