OK. That wasn't last problem :) Setting max value for interface's field of "RRDTool DS" type solved problem with empty "rrd_structure_def". Now I have nice rrd files for my interfaces. But still can't get graphs. On web page I can see: The RRDTool files for Interface ID 75 (from Host ID 13), has not been created by the Poller Process yet ... and I dunno where to start fixing it.
