Hi All, I'm not on expert but I have configure jffnms on a debian sarge and all it's working very well but I have some problem with triggers and email alert. I have the following configuration on the phi.ini file: SMTP = ip address of exchange server (microsoft :) ) smtp_port = 25 sendmail_from = email address sendmail_path = /usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i sendmail_from = email address
I have enable on jffnms (under triggers user) the alert. I have set the email address under user profile/eMail option. I have create a triggers to send to em an email in case of particular event. the problem is that i cannot receive email and I'm not sure that the system send the email How can I check if the system is OK? On the jffnms I have change some settings under "triggers/filters - action definition - internal parameters - user parameters" but I don't understand well this setting. Can you explain it to me or send an example configuration? Thnaks in advance for your help!
