I've now fixed the SNMP trap section of the manual so it references the
poller backends rather than the trap backends that disappaeared out of
the non-devel versions of JFFNMS.  There is also a pretty picture about
SNMP: This will all be visible once Javier regenerates the pages.

My next task will be to re-work the polling section again.  It's
probably one of the most important parts of the manual and, after
MySQL and PHP related bugs, the most asked about on this list.

Here's your chance, if you are trying to understand JFFNMS polling,
read http://www.jffnms.org/docs/polling.html and tell me what you 
don't understand.

The paper version of this manual is now over 100 pages long. I hope some
of you have found it useful.
